How much Does Google Meet cost?
If you want to set up and host a Google Meet session, you require a paid G Suite account. The basic level costs around $6 a month. However, anyone who has a standard Google account can join and participate in Google Meet meetings.
G Suite does have different membership tiers, depending on your subscription. The number of people you can have in your meet will vary.
- G Suite Basic– $6 a month per user. Grants the ability to host up to 25 people at once.
- G Suite Business– $12 a month per user. Grants the ability to host up to 50 people at once.
- G Suite Enterprise– $25 a month per user. Grants the ability to host up to 100 people.
Each G Suite tier also comes with extra Google Drive storage as well as data security options.
How can we join a Google Meet call?
You can join a Google Meet session by using a code that’s created when the organizer schedules the meeting. Tap on Use a meeting code on either the Meet mobile app or a Google Meet on a computer. As soon as you enter the code, if the session has started, you’ll join it. The creator of the meeting can send a direct link, which as the name suggests provides a direct entry to the meeting.
