You have to import the CSV file generated from Chrome.
- First, export all your saved passwords from Chrome.
- Open the Chrome browser on your computer.
- Click on your profile icon from the toolbar, then select Passwords. OR.
- Enter the “chrome://settings/passwords” path into the URL bar, then click on the Enter/Return key.
- Visit “Saved Passwords”, then click on the three-dot menu
- Click on “Export Passwords”
- From the pop-up, click on “Export Passwords”
- You might be asked to authenticate your identity using the password associated with your Windows 10/Mac account. Enter your password, then click on “OK”.
- Choose the destination for the CSV file, then click on “Save”.
- After the file is downloaded, you can import the CSV file to a password manager.
How to Delete Saved Passwords in Chrome?
- Click on the three-dot menu button from the Chrome toolbar, then choose “Settings”.
- In “Privacy and Security”, click on “Clear Browsing Data”.
- Open the “Advanced” tab, then, from the “Time Range” drop-down, click on “All Time”
- You have to scroll down to reach “Passwords and Other Sign-In Data”. Click on “Clear Data”.
