What is Safe mode? Well, safe mode is a mode that starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem is not occurring in safe mode, default settings and basic device drivers are not the cause of the issue. When you observe Windows in safe mode it enables you to narrow down the source of a problem and help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.
There are two versions of safe mode: Safe Mode as well as Safe Mode with Networking. The only difference is Safe Mode with Networking adds the network drivers along with services you will need to access the internet and other computers on the network.
