The Windows operating system has a built-in Get Help app that will offer solutions to problems, using which you can even connect to a human support person. The Get Help app is just one of Windows’s convenient built-in support options.
There are multiple ways you can find help for Windows.
- Search for help – You can enter any question you have or keywords in the search box on the taskbar to find apps, files, and settings, and get help from the internet.
- Visit support.microsoft.com – When you make your way to support.microsoft.com/windows you will be able to find answers to more complex problems, browse support content in different categories, and contact support.
- Use the Get help App – Open the Get help app. Or when you are in Settings click on the get help link to learn more about the setting you are using and find answers to your questions.
How to use the “Get Help” App?
Windows 11 as well as Windows 10 include a Get Help application that can provide solutions to the majority of your problems. You will be able to find it in your Start menu.
Click the Start button, enter “Get Help,” then click the “Get Help” shortcut that appears in the Search Menu. Or, you could just scroll through the list of applications at the left side of the Start menu, till you find the “Get Help” shortcut.
By default, the Get Help app connects you to a “virtual agent.” Enter what you require support with then it will try to find your information. You can skip the part and enter something such as “talk to a human” to get connected with Microsoft support personnel.
