Apple’s new iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 are out, and you will be available to download them starting Sept. 20. In Apple’s event Tuesday, they revealed that iOS 15 would be available for public starting from Monday, Sept. 20, alongside iPadOS 15. At the event, we saw the iPhone 13 line, the new iPad, and the Apple Watch Series 7 debuts. The final release version of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 will be hitting the public Today (Sep 20th Monday.)
Though the public beta was available to download as a public beta on June 30, the finished iOS 15 will be available for free download on Sept. 20. Apple’s iOS 15 update will be accessible from the iPhone 6S and onward.
These new updates focus on a pandemic world as well as preparing people to go back to their routines. This update will provide users a new Focus mode, redesigned Safari, Weather, and FaceTime apps, alongside other features. iPhone 11 or newer model owners will also gain the perk of being able to track their phones even when they are turned off.
The iPadOS 15 users receive tweaks for multi-tasking which makes it easier to access the Split View & Slide Over features. Along with the new App Library, and grant the users the ability to add widgets to the Home screen. You also have a “Compact Tab Bar”.
The new Focus mode in iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 might be one of the biggest developments Apple is bringing to the table, as you’ll be able to select what you want to focus on depending on what you’re doing currently, such as working, sleeping, playing games, personal time or working out.
