Apple Memoji is a new way to personalize your iPhone. Memoji is an extension of the Animoji feature, which uses facial recognition technology to animate cartoon characters based on your facial expressions. With Memoji, you can create an avatar that looks like you or someone you know. This guide will show you how to set up Memoji on your iPhone.
A step-by-step guide to set up Memoji on the iPhone
Step 1) Open “Messages” and click on Create new message icon
Step 2) Click on the “Emoji sign“
Step 3) Click on the “+” icon to create your own memoji.
Step 4) The first screen will show you what color you want your skin to be. Choose based on how you look or want your memoji to look. You can pick “Freckles” if you have/want to on this screen.
Step 5) While on the “Skin” selection screen, you can also choose “Beauty Spot“.
Step 6) The next section will be “Hairstyle“. There are lots and lots of options to choose from here. Scroll down to pick your fav and decide.
Step 7) You can see how your new hairstyle looks by tapping on each hairstyle. (We decided to go by this fabulous look.)
Step 8) Next “Eye Brows“, alias “Brows“.
Step 9) Choose your “Eyes” in the next step. Pick based on your eye color on top and shape of eyes based on memojis.
Step 10) You can also pick the size of your eyelashes in the eyes section. You just have to scroll down for it.
Step 11) Eyeliner option kinda enhances the look.
Step 12) Finally in the Eyes section, for eye shadow pick a color that suits you.
Step 13) Let’s begin setting up your head shape and age.
Step 14) As said earlier, while you are in the “Head” section, select the shape of your head.
Step 15) You can already smell something good happening, so start picking a good nose.
Step 16) We know it might be painful in real life to pierce your nose, but here you can pick any of your choices without the pain.
Step 17) Check the shape of your mouth in the “Mouth” section.
Step 18) Having good teeth or bad teeth is always fun.
Step 19) If you are into it, you can opt-in to select mouth piercing and tongue piercing.
Step 19) There are some cool earring options to choose from in a wide range of colors.
Step 20)You can further personalize it with any earpiece that you use daily.
