What is Facebook Messenger M Suggestions?

A lot of noise was made in the press regarding this; however, it was only ever available to around 2,000 Californians. The human side could never really scale to more.
During the start of 2018, Facebook pulled the plug on M. Now, it lives on in M Suggestions based on what they learned from working on and along with the chatbot. It doesn’t seem like they’ve learned anything much.

- Help make plans.
- Start a poll to get a group of people to decide what to do.
